Evaluation Associates is a founding firm and industry leader in the investment consulting industry. For over 30 years, we have provided investment advice and solutions to institutional investors, including retirement plan sponsors, endowments and foundations, and financial intermediaries. We operate from a single office located in Norwalk, CT.

We are currently seeking a consulting associate to work with our senior consultants and grow our global investment consulting business. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with an experienced team to drive business growth, build strategic client relationships, and expand a world class consulting firm from its solid franchise base.

We are seeking strong, energetic talent with the knowledge and ability to serve multiple advisory consulting relationships varying in size, complexity, and diversity. This position offers immediate responsibilities that will expand your knowledge and skill and leverage the impact of your education and work experience with strong potential for career and financial growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage client expectations by delivering quality products and services
• Coordinate manager search activities
• Deliver timely analyses, quarterly summaries, unique projects, etc.
• Work with team to increase the number/size/revenue of clients it manages
• Leverage knowledge and interest in investment industry

Requirements

• One to three year track record in investment consulting, investment management, research, or similar environment
• Recent MBA graduate a plus
• Strong quantitative orientation
• Demonstrated client service and revenue responsibility/growth
