Evaluation Associates is a founding firm and industry leader in the investment consulting industry. For over 33 years, we have provided investment advice and solutions to institutional investors, including retirement plan sponsors, endowments, foundations, and financial intermediaries. We operate from a single office located in Norwalk, CT. We are currently seeking candidates for a Senior Consultant position as we expand our business.

The primary responsibilities of the Senior Consultant include, but are not limited to, all aspects of investment consulting - business development and client service.

Qualifications

• Confident and knowledgeable public speaker, with a demonstrated ability to close business
• Deep network of industry contacts - plan sponsors, investment managers, consultants
• Strong leadership skills, as demonstrated by taking ownership and leading by example through a superior work ethic, proactive conduct, strong integrity and trust
• Past experience in highly competitive environments and a demonstrated ability to create a winning edge in all that you do
• Street-smart problem solver, able to multi-task, willing to work in a change environment designed for consistent improvement
• Able to attract and retain new consulting clients, and embrace compensation goals designed to measure and reward this ability

Requirements

The position requires a team and service orientation, strong writing and presentation skills, and project and time management skills. Four to ten years of specific consulting experience is preferred; an MBA/CFA and prior consulting, asset management, or plan sponsor experience are important. Knowledge of managers and/or alternatives is a plus. Travel will be required.
