Socially responsible investing is not a new phenomenon but applying this conscious investing concept to the world of hedge funds, particularly funds of funds, is in its infancy. This paper explores the issues associated with managing a socially responsible fund of funds and provides a brief behind-the-scenes look at two such funds of funds.
